How do I add a storage location?
Storage locations let you track impound vehicles by location and, if needed, apply location-specific storage charges.
Step 1: Go to Account Settings
Log into your account, then select Account Settings in the navigation bar.
Step 2: Open Locations
Under Account Settings, select LOCATIONS from the top menu.
Step 3: Add a new location
Select the ADD button.
Step 4: Enter location details and save
Enter your impound location details and select Save.
Notes
If a location has daily storage charges different from your account default, you can set them here. This assigns a location-specific daily storage charge that overrides the account default on the impound detail entry screen.
State License is not a required field to save. If your state requires a Storage Location License # on mailed letters, add it here so it displays correctly on letters based on the vehicle's storage location.
